In the last part, we saw the arduino program, to be uploaded to the arduino board, to create two different colors in four bi-color LEDs, one after other, in one second delay. If your circuit is correct and program uploaded successfully, you can see the expected output in LEDs. Otherwise, you can conclude that something went wrong somewhere in the circuit.
